Technology
MyFiji
A WeChat-style super app that links every Dimau Group service into a single mobile-first interface with mini-app tiles and live project status.
The problem and the approach
MyFiji is a progressive web app that acts as the unified front door to the Dimau Group portfolio. Each venture appears as a tile in a categorised grid — Finance, Public, Culture, Info — and opens either inside the app (via iframe) or in a new tab depending on the service.
The app pulls live operational metrics from the Dimau Ops Room API and includes a tester-feedback system that any Dimau app can post to. It is a static PWA with a single Vercel edge function proxying the status endpoint.
What has been produced
- Live at myfiji.vercel.app as a static PWA with offline support.
- Service registry with live/preview/building/planned status per tile.
- Tester feedback route connected to Supabase with rate limiting and spam protection.
Documentation can be shared for technical review on request.
What MyFiji is not
Stated so that no reader has to infer it.
- MyFiji is not a licensed financial product or payment service.
- Services listed inside the app are independent projects at varying stages of development.
