Work with us

What we are asking for, by whom we are asking.

We are not selling to government. At this stage the useful transaction is scrutiny — of the design, the assumptions and the legal reading.

  • Ministries and statutory bodies

Read the design work and tell us where it is wrong.

We can provide architecture, data models and policy analysis for internal review at no cost and with no commercial condition attached. If it is useful, use it. If it is flawed, we would rather know.

  • The Reserve Bank of Fiji

Pre-application engagement before anything is submitted.

For credit reporting and for payments we would want to understand supervisory expectations before submitting, not after. We will not operate either activity outside the applicable licensing or sandbox route.

  • Donor and development organisations

Technical scrutiny of the village and identity infrastructure work.

The VillageOS and Digital Fiji Network programmes are designed to be owner-agnostic, with divergence points flagged rather than assumed. They are more useful reviewed than pitched.

  • Banks, lenders and financial institutions

Tell us what would make credit information usable for you.

A bureau that lenders will not contribute to is a bureau that does not work. We would rather design the contribution model with lenders than present them with one.

  • Landowning units and the iTaukei Land Trust Board

Partnership structures for affordable residential development.

No site is secured and no agreement is in place. Any arrangement would be documented, legally advised and structured so the landowning unit retains a continuing interest rather than a one-off payment.

  • Researchers and journalists

    Check us.

Documents, methodology and sources are available for scrutiny. If something on this site is overstated, we will correct it on the page and date the correction.

What we will not do

The commitments that make the rest credible.

  • We will not describe a submission, a meeting or a consultation response as a partnership, mandate or endorsement.

  • We will not operate a regulated activity outside its licensing route, or begin live consumer testing outside the Reserve Bank's Sandbox.

  • We will not use a public body's name, logo or engagement in marketing without that body's written agreement.

  • We will not collect consumer data before there is a lawful basis, a stated purpose and a way for the consumer to see and challenge it.

  • We will not claim a certification, licence or approval we do not hold, in any document or pitch.

Next step

Ask for the documents. They are more useful than a meeting.

Tell us which venture and which aspect — architecture, scoring methodology, legal analysis, financial model — and we will send what exists, including the parts that are unresolved.
